Gila County is requesting statements of qualifiications (SOQ) from qualifiied designers, site and soil investigators, and contractors to provide soil evaluations, designs, and installation services for the Pinal Creek Waterway Cesspool Project. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to accept any response, or to waive any informality in any response, or to withhold the award if deemed in the best interest of Gila County. All procurement activities conducted by Gila County are in conformance with the rules and regulations in the Gila County Procurement Code. A copy of the code is available for review in the Clerk of the Board's offiice, Globe, Arizona. RFQ date notes: Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The RFQ number and the Responder's name and address should be clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. Failure to clearly indicate RFQ number, name and address on the outside of the solicitation package or envelope may be cause for the response to be deemed invalid.
