SP330025Q0290, SP3300-25-Q-0290 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued under full and open competition in accordance with NAICS 811310 and PSC Z1GZ. The RFQ seeks to establish a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) purchase order for a contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance services on elevators, dumbwaiters, and platform lifts. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management necessary to perform preventive maintenance, respond to unscheduled service calls, and carry out all necessary repairs or replacements to maintain the weigh scale systems in good operating condition. All services must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) provided in Attachment 1. The Government intends to award one purchase order using Standard Form (SF) 1449.
