Renovation of an educational facility in Fanwood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,460-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, selective interior demolition of the 1st floor, including interior partitions, finishes, plumbing fixtures and furnishings. The Contract Documents define the full project scope. The Scope of Work for the Project is determined by the complete construction documentation, including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle, and the full Scope of Work is not limited by the brief summary of the Work provided here or in the Division 01 Summary of Work section, and including any Summary of Site Work section for projects involving exterior site improvements. Such "summaries" are issued to provide Bidders with a basic understanding of the general intent of the Project, and as such, the summaries are not exhaustive, all-inclusive listings of project scope. Absence of any specific detail in an offered summary does not remove such element from the Scope of Work presented by the complete document set.
