Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Marianna, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Construction of a single-story pre-engineered steel building of approximately 26,989 sf to function as an emergency shelter and a double court gymnasium. The project also includes site work, utilities, drainage and asphalt paving. The site work also includes ground improvement providing the design and installation of vibro stone columns. The estimated budget is $8.5 million. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
