Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Des Plaines, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Des Plaines seeks qualifications from firms for Phase II Design Engineering and Phase III Construction Engineering services for the City's Devon Avenue Side path Project. The City email system will accept up to 20MB per email. If file size is an issue, please contact the City to arrange for alternate means of transferring the file. A confirmation will be sent, verifying that the emailed proposal was received. However, the response is not automatic and so it will not be immediate. The Consultant selection process will involve an evaluation to rank the top three firms based upon the submitted qualifications, by a selection committee organized by the City. Interviews may be part of this evaluation process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
