The City of Des Plaines, Illinois desires sealed bids for the 1032-1062 Lee Street Demolition Owner reserves the right to make clarifications, corrections, or changes in this Request for Contract Proposals at any time prior to the time proposals are opened. All bidders or prospective bidders will be informed of said clarifications, corrections, or changes. If any prospective bidder has questions about this Request for Proposals, contact Justin Green at 847-391-5506 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. or via email at: jgreen@desplainesil.gov The scope of the work includes demolition of building and appurtenances at 1032-1062 Lee Street Demolition in Des Plaines. Removal of concrete slabs, footings, any foundation walls, removal of all appurtenances including asphalt, brick and concrete pavement, curb & gutter, fences, and sheds within the property boundaries, backfill with crushed concrete, gradation CA-6, compacted in place to existing ground level, grading for drainage and landscape restoration with topsoil and seed.
