CONTRACT 24-384-3D involves the rehabilitation of service tunnel expansion joints and replacement of Road E at the Kirie Water Reclamation Plant. The estimated cost for the project is between $6,655,400.00 and $8,056,500.00, and a bid deposit of $323,000.00 is required. Compliance with the District's Affirmative Action Ordinance Revised Appendix D, Appendix V, and the Multi-Project Labor Agreement are required for this contract. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-et.seq.), where it is stated in the Invitation to Bid Page. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals if deemed in the public's best interest.
