Site work for a road / highway in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the installation of Kitsap PUD provided fiber cables and splicing for the ARPA Fiber Build Phase 4 Project using the strand and lash construction methods along PSE poles, and installation of conduit in Kitsap County, Port Gamble, WA, Kingston, WA, Seabeck, WA, Bainbridge Island, WA, Bremerton, WA, and Port Orchard, WA. Project work includes installation of approximately 76,000 feet of aerial fiber work, 5,500 feet of underground fiber work, and other work as indicated in the plans and specifications. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier's check, or surety bond. Kitsap PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications.
