Bid shall also be accompanied by a certificate letter from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with the completion bond. The award of the contract shall be made subject to the necessary moneys to do the work being provided by Egg Harbor City in a lawful manner. The contract to be executed by the successful bidder will provide that it shall not become effective until the necessary moneys to do the work have been provided by Egg Harbor City in a lawful manner. The award shall further be subjected to the securing of necessary State, Federal or Local permits governing the work. Egg Harbor City reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of Egg Harbor City in accordance with applicable law. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
