The City of Palm Desert ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms ("Proposers") for On-Call Engineering Services ("Services") to establish a Professional Services Agreement ("Agreement"). To serve and promote the welfare of its residents, the City intends to procure these Services on an as-needed basis to support ongoing and future City projects. The selected firm(s) will provide technical expertise, engineering services, and professional consultation that supplement City staff resources, advance community priorities, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The City seeks to engage one or more qualified Contractors to provide on-call engineering services. These services are not intended to replace large-scale capital improvement contracts or ongoing staff responsibilities, but rather to provide technical expertise, emergency response capacity, and supplemental staffing. Selected Contractor(s) must be able to provide services across a variety of disciplines to address immediate project needs, unforeseen challenges, or specialized assignments.
