Renovation of an educational facility in Farmville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work Includes exterior metal roofs and railing system above colonnades have been damaged by a fallen tree that require repairs. Repairs will include the removal and replacement of all damaged and missing wood railings, spindles, posts, and post supports. Repair all roof damages including indentations, chipped paint and similar at flat lock metal roof along the covered colonnades walkway. Impacted areas are from the stone balcony to the metal roof expansion joint. Repairs will also include new metal flashing at front of upper roof built-in gutter. Patch and repaint damaged pilasters and upper large, fluted wood column.
