Renovation of an educational facility in Farmville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 570-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

The project is generally described as a +-570 GSF renovation of the existing Men's Locker Room shower area converting it into two single family ADA restrooms and a single shower, with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical updates and other work as indicated in the contract documents.
