Site work for a water / sewer project in Athens, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installation of a package plant and approximately 900 feet of sewer main and electric updates of an onsite sewer facility. Prospective bidders should note that this contract will include the following critical requirements as identified in the contract documents: A. Contractors EEO certification B. Wage Rate Certification C. Certification regarding debarment, suspension, and other responsibility matters D. Power of Attorney A one hundred percent (100%) bid guarantee bond or ten percent (10%) Certified check, cashiers check or letter of credit must accompany all bids. Each bidder must submit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provider for the information for bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
