Renovation of a municipal facility in Franklin, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of October 9, 2025, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid.** Custom Moveable Panel Wall with Installation in the lecture hall (Sheriff Training Facility) with Door(s) and removal of existing movable wall. Folding acoustically sealed paired panel folding wall. The folding wall will have a standard vinyl finish chosen from the manufacturers standard color chart. The folding panels will have an STC (Sound Transmission Class) value of 50 (Vinyl and panel cover color to be validated by Sheriff Representative for the project. Panels will be hung directly from the existing track (40 Hufcor track). Overall dimension of the opening will be 44'-10 7/8" x 10'-0". The panels will have fixed sweeps that will close off to the current steps. Two doors in the wall with photo luminescent exit signs. Removal of existing panels and placed into an on-site (dumpster provided by Milwaukee County Sheriff Department). Questions Due Date: Sep 26th 2025, 10:30 AM CDT
