Automated Meters - Eureka Water Association Treatment Plant Owner's Contract No.: Contract III The project scope includes: Replacing all existing water meters for the Eureka Water Association with automatic meters, meter boxes, set up any and all necessary electrical and controls. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held. Contract time is 200 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated damages in the amount of $250.00 will be assessed for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bidders must be qualified under Mississippi Law and show a current Certificate of Responsibility issued by the Mississippi Board of Public Contractors establishing classification as to the value and type of construction work on which he is authorized to bid. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated. The bidder shall guarantee to hold his bid good and may not withdraw his bid for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The award, if made, will be made to the party submitting the lowest and best bid deemed most favorable to the Owner.
