Subgrade & Drainage Prep: Recompact entire area; add aggregate base for drainage and grading. Adjust drains, manholes, and pull boxes to proper height. Ensure smooth transitions around portable ramps. New Asphalt Paving: Install and compact 3 of state-spec hot mix asphalt (approx. 67,000 sq ft). Sealcoating & Striping (Approx. 55,000 sq ft): Apply sealcoat and restripe kindergarten playground and both parking lots. Final Striping (All Areas): After 30-day cure period, apply two coats of waterborne traffic paint. Striping to match existing layout with minor updates to hardcourt play lines (e.g., hopscotch). Add Alternate Tennis Court (Approx. 5,500 sq ft): Grind and overlay court, apply color surfacing and CIF-compliant striping.
