The Project consists of improvements to the existing primary sludge fermenter, including the installation of valves and electric actuators and modifications to piping in the Fermenter Control Building and modifications to piping supports, electrical, and instrumentation and control, as required, for the construction and installation of the improvements. The anticipated Final Completion date for the Project is January 8, 2026. Each Bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid, payable to the Fox River Water Reclamation District.
