Spring Street in South Elgin, IL shall be received South Elgin Public Works Department, 1000 Bowes Road, South Elgin, IL 60177 The project consists of removal of an elevated water storage tank with all associated foundation removals, erosion control, grading, restoration, and all other appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the plans, specifications, and all other applicable standards. The Contractor shall make their own investigations and familiarize themselves as to the locations of all existing underground structures, cables, and pipelines.
