The Project consists of installation of storm pipe and asphalt paving for Miller Drive in Manheim Borough. Question Deadline 09/22/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Online Portal. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid amount, the Workmen's Compensation Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and a Non-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Qualified Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MBE/WBE) are encouraged to respond to the Invitation to Bid. Estimated Contract Value: $275,000 to $325,000 Manheim Borough hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein.
