Jagow Park Ada Upgrades Rebid Estimate of Probable Construction Cost: $130,000.00 Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a ""Bid Guarantee"" in Either of the Following Two Forms: Option ""a"" - a Bid Bond in the Full Amount of the Bid or Option ""B"" - a Certified Check or Cashier's Check in the Sum of 10 Percent of the Amount of the Bid. Bid Security Furnished in Bond Form Shall Be Issued by a Surety Company or Corporation Licensed in the State of Ohio to Provide Said Surety. The Bid Guarantee is Conditioned to Provide That if the Bid is Accepted and Awarded the Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract With the County and Will File a Performance Bond as Required. The Bidder to Whom the Contract is Awarded Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance Bond in the Sum of 100 Percent of the Contract Price for the Faithful Performance of the Contract.
