Description The proposed work under this Contract consists of excavation of asphalt, stone, and granular materials to facilitate a new 3" asphalt grade crossing, installation of provided rubber rail crossing guards, two concrete ADA approach slabs, and the installation of new signage. ABC Rail is willing to work with the City and Contractor to provide adjusted rail schedules and rail personnel, if needed, in order to carry out this Contract. Question Deadline 10/23/2025 at 3:00 PM ET If any person contemplating submitting a proposal for the proposed work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Drawings or Specifications, he may submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation thereof. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the Drawings and Specifications will be made only by an Addendum duly issued and a copy of such Addendum will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of Drawings and Specifications. The Owner will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the Drawings and Specifications. It is each Bidder's responsibility to ascertain that all Addenda have been examined and read by him SCOPE - The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete all General Work and Requirements as herein specified and shown on the accompanying drawings.
