Professional engineering services are requested to assist County personnel for the project known as the 2026 Bridge Services Contract. Letters of Interest should describe the qualifications of the firm and the experience of personnel to be assigned to the project, as detailed in the "Letter of Interest Instructions." Cost data is not to be submitted at this time. Proposals will be evaluated on submitted information, and the most qualified firm will negotiate a contract. If unsuccessful, negotiations will begin with the next most qualified firm until an agreement is reached. Letters of Interest will be accepted until March 13, 2026. For further details or to obtain the "Letter of Interest Instructions," contact the Portage County Engineer or visit the Portage County Engineer's website.
