Prospect Park Water Tower Repairs - Rebid Event ID: MPLMN-0000003793 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Reinforcing of the steel stairs, reinforced concrete repair on horizontal and vertical surfaces, traffic coating, electrical service upgrade, light fixture installation, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for Prospect Park Water Tower Restoration for the Property Services department; all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. A contractor responding to this solicitation document swears that they are in compliance with the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3, and shall upon request submit to the city a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria. Substantial Project Completion: Planning for 11/14/2025 If a lump sum bid for materials and/or equipment includes labor and all incidentals, the bidder is responsible for all applicable sales tax on taxable items required in the performance of the bid and should be included in the total amount of the bid.
