Site work for a swimming pool in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a 5,436-square-foot swimming pool.
Submit with each bid, a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable bidder's bond payable to the City of Richfield in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Ma The project includes improvements t the existing aquatic facility and its surrounding site. Work in this bid package includes the removal and replacement of existing fencing systems, removal and replacement of pool finishes , miscellaneous pool improvements, and the installation of new air conditioning and related mechanical improvements 1. Include keynotes D1-D8, D11, and D12 on page AQD100 and A-D, H, and I on AQ120. (Notes E, F, and G by Others) 2. Include items 200-207 on AQ130. 3. Includes items 100-111 as shown on AQ120. 4. Include Keynotes A, B, C, and G per sheet AQ130. 5. Include multiple mobilizations as required to complete this scope of work. 6. Include means and methods for temporary protection of finished products as required to complete the scope of work. 7. Apply, pay for, and procure all required permits for this scope of work. 8. Include unloading, handling and protection of all your own material and equipment. 9. Include all tools, material, hoisting and equipment as required to complete this scope of work. 10. All personnel erecting and dismantling scaUold and equipment must be tied oU with the appropriate fall protection systems per OSHA and LoeUler Construction & Consulting requirements. 11. Include layout for all work. 12. Includes core drilling, cutting, sawcutting, hangers and supports for this scope of work. Includes GPR scanning for all penetrations. 13. Provide shop drawings and submittals in a timely manner per the specifications or as agreed to by the architect. 14. Include the clean up of any excess materials or debris produced by this scope of work. 15. Trade Contractor acknowledges that storage onsite is limited and agrees that materials will be stored oUsite until they are ready to be installed as determined by the LoeUler Superintendent. 16. Include all as builts, inspections, start up reports, warranties, test/balance reports and Owner training per the permits, plans and specs. 17. Trade Contractor is responsible in providing all personnel and foreman on-site for unloading of all their deliveries. 18. Include coordination of pool fill with Owner and Construction Manager. 19. Include (100) hours for a Laborer to be utilized throughout the duration of the project at the direction and discretion of the Construction Manager Superintendent. 1. Include complete plumbing and HVAC systems per plans and specs including all equipment, fixtures and items listed on the Plumbing and HVAC schedules. Includes removal and disposal of all mechanical/plumbing equipment as called for in plans and specs. 2. Furnish and install all required mechanical louvers, diUusers, registers and grilles. 3. The building will be unoccupied and winterized during cold weather months. 4. Include temporary heat required for interior work during cold weather months. No existing heating system is present within the building. Include indirect fired heaters, hoses, fuel, and permits required for temporary heat. 5. Building water system must be winterized again by this contractor upon completion of work and removal of temporary heat. 6. Furnish and install all mechanical access panels. 7. Include removal and replacement of exhaust fans and registers/grilles as called for in plans and specifications. 8. Includes mop sink and required piping/connections. Includes underground trenching to complete plumbing for new mop sink. 9. Includes all disconnects and make-safes required for demolition. 10. Furnish and install all floor drains and trench drains per plans and specs. 11. Include all condensate lines and gas piping per plans and specs. 12. Includes cutting, coredrilling, sawcutting, patching and sealants as required to route new pipe through walls and roof penetrations per plans and specs. 13. Include all tools, material, hoisting and equipment as required to complete this scope of work. 14. Include supply and installation of new condensing units, air conditioners, and water heaters per plans and specs. Includes all brackets, gas piping, valves, unions, dirt legs, regulators and refrigerant piping. Includes controls for all new equipment. 15. Include all finish caulking for fixtures and finishes as needed. 16. Includes excavation, removals, proper pipe bedding, backfill and compaction for all plumbing pipe. Includes means and methods to safely excavate and backfill for all pipe. 17. Include layout for all work. 18. Includes core drilling, cutting, sawcutting, hangers and supports for this scope of work. Includes GPR scanning for all penetrations. 19. Provide shop drawings and submittals in a timely manner per the specifications or as agreed to by the architect. 20. Include BAS system per plans and specs. Include connections and modifications to existing BAS infrastructure for new and removed equipment. 21. Includes all control wiring per plans and specs. 22. Include all testing, balancing, maintenance and documentation as required per the permits, plans and specs. 23. Trade Contractor shall provide OSHA approved fall protection systems as required for the duration of their work. 24. This Trade Contractor is to take the lead and provide coordination and identification of all mechanical and electrical items above the ceilings that may potentially conflict. Responsibilities include leading the coordination meetings, providing overlays and managing potential space conflicts with LoeUler and other Trade Contractors. 25. Apply, pay for, and procure all required permits for this scope of work. 26. Includes coordination of outages with Construction Manager, Owner and other Trade Contractors. 27. Includes coordination with Drywall and Concrete/Masonry contractor for locations of penetrations in floors and walls. 28. Include the clean up of any excess materials or debris produced by this scope of work. 29. Trade Contractor acknowledges that storage onsite is limited and agrees that materials will be stored oUsite until they are ready to be installed as determined by the LoeUler Superintendent. 30. Trade Contractor is responsible in providing all personnel and foreman on-site for unloading of all their deliveries. 31. Include means and methods for temporary protection of finished products and existing interior/exterior building envelope as required to complete the scope of work. 32. Include all as builts, inspections, start up reports, warranties, test/balance reports and Owner training per the permits, plans and specs. 33. Provide lead time for Condensing Units (_______________ weeks). 34. Include an additional (20) hours based on highest wage rate listed on the Bid Proposal Form. Hours to be used throughout the duration of the project at the direction and discretion of the Construction Manager Superintendent. 35. Include an additional $10,000 for temporary protection and misc materials not currently shown on plans. To be utilized throughout the duration of the project at the direction and discretion of the LoeUler Superintendent. 1. Include furnish and installation of all new fencing and gates as called for in the plans and specifications. Includes privacy slats as required. 2. Include all private utility locates prior to excavation and post placements for new fence footings. 3. Include layout for all work. 4. Trade Contractor to furnish and install all concrete footings and subgrade for fences and gates. Include any reinforcement and sealants for this work called out in the plans and specs. 5. Include removal of all existing fence and footings as shown in drawings and specifications. 6. Trade contractor is responsible for a 100% secure site during fencing replacement. 7. Include the protection of all existing property. Trade Contractor will be responsible for fixing and restoring any aUected areas back to like new conditions. 8. Include all necessary permits, obstruction permits and traUic control required for your scope of work. 9. Include means and methods to account for trucking road restrictions (if needed), including but not limited to, short loads. 10. Trade Contractor is responsible to maintain means of ingress and egress while working onsite. 11. Include multiple mobilizations as required to complete this scope of work. 12. Include an additional (24) hours based on highest wage rate listed on the Bid Proposal Form. Hours to be used throughout the duration of the project at the direction and discretion of the Construction Manager Superintendent. 13. Include an additional $10,000 for materials not currently shown on plans. To be utilized throughout the duration of the project at the direction and discretion of the LoeUler Superintendent. A. Provide labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work of seeding as required and as specified herein. B. The work of this section includes, but is not limited to: 1. Seed 2. Mulch 3. Fertilizer 4. Maintenance 5. Protection of the Work
