Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work to be constructed under this Contract generally includes but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of Sunset Point Parking Lot "A", located at the intersection of Huron Street and St. Lawrence Street in the Town of Collingwood. The scope includes earth excavation and grading of approximately 500 cu.m. Installation of granular base and asphalt paving, concrete curbs, sidewalks, and pads, as well as pavement markings and signage. Question Deadline Date: 09/26/2025 02:00:59 PM ET Bid Security required in the amount equal to 10% of the bid amount. Agreement to Bond ~ Performance Bond: 50% of the total bid amount, and Labour and Material Bond: 50% of the total bid amount Time-frame for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract End of construction season 2025.
