This Invitation To Tender is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit binding bids for the provision of the Harbour Street West Watermain Extension from Tenth Line to the existing Watermain on Harbour Street West east of Cranberry Golf Course as further described in the ITT Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The following is a general description of the Work to be constructed under the Contract: 730 m installation of watermain and associated hydrants and services; 160 m of road reconstruction; and restoration of all disturbed areas, including driveways, topsoil, sod and surface elements. Bid Security required in an amount equal to 10% of the Tender amount.
