This Invitation to Quote is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of HVAC Preventative Management Agreement, as further described in the RFQ Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The work will include: The intent of this RFQ is to select a qualified HVAC contractor to provide the Towns facilities with heating ventilation, air conditioning preventative maintenance, demand services and emergency services. There is a total of fifteen (15) buildings in this RFQ, they have been divided into fifteen (15) parts. The addresses for each of the buildings are provided in the Appendix E - Site Locations The Town is anticipating having the new term of contract start January 1, 2026. Three (3) year term with the optional of two (2) years in one (1) year increments
