Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Dimondale, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 95,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
MDOT Warehouse - Roof Replacement Requesting phase 100 and 500 services for the replacement of the MDOT Warehouse roof and for waterproofing and tuckpointing repairs to the building. The existing roof is a built-up mineral surface type that shows signs of deterioration and failure. The roof is approximately 95,000 sq.ft. The desired roof type replacement is a single-ply, membrane-type roof to include a 20-year minimum manufacture and installation warranty. The building exterior has not been tuckpointed since construction and has several leaks.
