Renovation of a municipal facility in Groton, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 0-square-foot, one-story above grade, 0-story below grade municipal facility.
**As of October 22, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Through funding from the VT Municipal Energy Resilience Program (MERP), the Town of Groton requests written proposals to secure construction services for the Town Garage Energy Improvements Project. This is one of three similar projects involving energy improvements at Groton municipal buildings. Interested parties are encouraged to consider and bid on all three. Full details are provided in the attached RFP. A pre-bid site visit will be hosted at the Groton Community Building, and bidders are encouraged to RSVP in advance and submit technical questions ahead of the visit by email.
