The Scope of Services is anticipated to include but not limited to i. Project, scheduling and administration ii. Construction supervision iii. Preparation of materials submittals iv. Coordination of testing and inspections including, Contractor (QC) and Owner/ThirdParty (QA) v. Drainage construction vi. Sewer mains, manholes, and services vii. Water mains, hydrants, and services viii. Grading and paving of the service road ix. Traffic control planning and administration x. Site safety and OSHA compliance xi. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) preparation, administration and installation xii. Coconino County grading and/or flood plain use permit. xiii. Attendance at (1) County Board of Supervisors meeting for support during contract approval/construction or as needed xiv. Compliance with permits, including but not limited to, Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, Coconino County Community Development, and City of Flagstaff. Question Deadline 10/08/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Question Cut Off Date Board of Supervisors Approval November, 2025 Awards shall be made with reasonable promptness by giving written notice to the bidder whose bid best conforms to the invitation and will be most advantageous to Coconino County with respect to price, conformity to the specifications, and other factors. Other factors to be considered may include, but are not limited to, quality, uniformity of product and the bidder's past performance on other contracts. Award may be made to other than the low-cost bid. However, all bids may be rejected if the Board determines that rejection is in the public interest. All suppliers are required to scan in and attach (via Response Attachments) a copy of the 10% bid bond as part of their bid response. The awarded vendor will then be required to submit the 100% Payment and Performance bond within 7 days after the award.
