Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Flagstaff, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project consists of the construction of a new primary effluent pump station, including submersible pumps, piping, valves, and instrumentation, and new electrical building to power pump station. The nitrogen and COD probe installation at the new junction box and new duct to route foul air from the new primary effluent pump station to the existing odor control equipment will also be provided. This work includes the abandonment of existing primary effluent pump station, including removal of the existing vertical turbine pumps, piping and electrical/controls along with the rerouting of the existing carbon solution feed lines to the new primary effluent pump station as indicated on the plans. Interpretations or corrections will be made only by issuance of a written addendum, which will be made available to each known recipient. The Owner is not responsible for any explanations or interpretations of the documents other than those made by written addendum. The Owner retains the right to reject any or all bids received if the Owner determines that such rejection is in the best interest of the public. Any concerns as to requirements, omissions or discrepancies must be presented to the Owner in writing. The Owner will determine the appropriate action necessary, if any, and issue written addenda. Oral statements of instructions will not constitute an addendum to this solicitation unless confirmed in writing by addenda.
