Coast Guard Station Indian River Inlet Communications Room Roof Replace - 39373 Inlet Rd. Rehoboth Beach DE 19971 The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing roof system over the Communications Room at Coast Guard Station Indian River Inlet. Work includes demolition of the existing roof, installation of a new roof system, and all associated components to ensure a watertight and durable structure. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work in accordance with applicable codes and standards. 1. Lockout/tag-out electrical supply power IAW OSHA requirements. 2. Work shall be completed when there is no rain/moisture in the air or the potential of rain for the remainder of the project in its entirety. 3. Remove all existing interferences. 4. Remove all components of the roof atop the communications room to include but not limited to the EPMS panels, underlayment, decking, flashing, and metal horizontal guards. 5. Complete a visual inspection of all trusses and beams with Station Indian River Inlet Rep (MK1 Pat Chemodurow, not to be delegated). 6. Install new 3/4" T&G exterior underlayment IAW all manufacture specifications and OSHA requirements. 7. Install new flashing IAW all manufacture specifications and OSHA requirements. 8. Install Deckrite 050 roof panels on the floor and up the side walls IAW all manufacture specifications and OSHA requirements. 9. Furnish and install metal coping for atop all exterior walls. 10. Reinstall all existing interferences IAW all manufacturer specifications and OSHA requirements. 11. Complete final operation inspection with Station Indian River Inlet Rep (MK1 Pat Chemodurow, not to be delegated). 12. Provide the extended parts and labor warranty documents to customer. Final completion of work will be verified by Station Indian River Inlet Rep (MK1 Pat Chemodurow, not to be delegated). 13. Make arrangements to recycle/dispose of old roof components no longer in use that was removed during the duration of the project at STA Indian River Inlet IAW state and federal laws.
