Site work for a water / sewer project in Monterey, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of replacing two existing sewage pumps at Station Monterey. Work includes removal and disposal of the existing pumps, installation of two new sewage pumps, and all associated electrical and plumbing connections. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the work in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Place of Performance - All work related to the components of this project shall be performed at the U.S Coast Guard Station Monterey; 100 Lighthouse Ave. Monterey, CA. 93940 (Pier). Replacement of two (2) existing sewage pumps at the Coast Guard Station Monterey's Pier Lift Station. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to safely and effectively remove the existing pumps and install new, fully operational pumps, ensuring minimal disruption to service. The objective of this project is to replace the existing, failing sewage pumps with new, reliable pumps to maintain the operational integrity of the lift station and prevent sewage overflows.
