Cheney Public Schools #360 is requesting statement of qualifications for the following: o Special Inspections and Testing o Commissioning Services Cheney Public Schools is constructing a new 63,000 sq. ft. elementary school via the Progressive Design-Build delivery method. The project is located in Airway Heights at the corner of Craig Rd. and 1st Ave. The project is valued at approximately $33M. Questions are due via email to Jonathan Miller by 9/23/25 at 5:00 p.m. Cheney Public Schools encourages participation by minority and women-owned firms and veteran-owned firms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
