Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The Work consists of the following The Work includes a new maintenance building that is approximately 5,000 square feet. This is a timber, pole barn with protective liners. High bay spaces with pull through vehicle areas with trench drains that tie into a new interceptor. There will be a preengineered mezzanine for mechanical and electrical equipment and storage. Restrooms and a breakroom are part of the interior spaces with non-bearing CMU walls for durability. All new utilities are to be provided and tie into the existing utilities on the current campus. The site will require soil import. This will come from the current campus. Refer to the site drawings for location and amount needed. Silt fence and seeding/grass after removal will be required. Bid security in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid. Each successful bidder is required to furnish a Contract Bond in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100 percent of the full contract sum, if not provided as part of the bid security.
