Reference Number 0000398550 The Charter Township of Independence- Department of Parks, Recreation & Seniors (PRS) invites qualified contractors to submit sealed proposals for labor and materials for the Bay Court Park- Front Entrance Project at 6970 Andersonville Road - Clarkston, Michigan 48346. This project will consist of two parts: Part 1: Remove approximately 9,000 square feet of decorative brick and concrete border at the Bay Court Park entrance and replace it with asphalt. Part 2: Re-surface approximately another 12,000 square feet of existing park entrance roadway. Bay Court Park (Parcel #08-32-301-002). On-Site Visit: Contact Lisa Christensen, PRS Director, at 248-625-8223 to schedule an on-site visit. The following timeline has been established in relation to the project. Note that dates are subject to change. Vendors will be notified, via an addendum to this RFP, of any changes in the timeframe.
