Parkview Rd. improvements full-depth asphalt paving, installation of new concrete curb & gutter, RCP for stormwater conveyance, catch basins, concrete sidewalks. Graham Rd. & Long Rd. improvements piping the roadside ditch w/ 24" RCP & upgrading existing 18" crossline pipe to 30" RCP. Additional work: Grading adjustments, utility coordination & restoration of disturbed areas. Question Deadline 09/29/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Submit written questions to Mr. David Crotts via email at procurement@conwaysc.gov 25X.140221000 The 16th Avenue Ditch Improvements project involves lining an existing earthen ditch with concrete to improve positive flow and reduce long-term maintenance. The work will be performed within a 30-foot easement over a 370-foot section of ditch. The improvements are designed to alleviate recurring maintenance needs and promote better downstream flow. The Contractor will be working in public street right of ways as well as public easements on private properties. The installation of some proposed pipes will require working around existing trees and existing water/sewer infrastructure, along with potential gas lines and underground communication lines.
