The Village of Palm Springs, Florida (Village) is seeking electronic sealed proposals from professional firms experienced in Professional Construction Management at Risk Services for pre-construction and construction services for the new Utilities Operation Center. The purpose of this RFP is for Construction Management Services consisting of pre-construction services, developing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and construction of the new Utilities Operation Center located at 360 Davis Road in the Palm Springs Main Water Treatment Plant (the Project). The Project includes, but is not limited to the pre-construction and construction of an approximately 22,670 square foot two (2) story Tilt Wall Construction building; the removal and replacement of the emergency generator, fuel station and fuel tank; demolition of (3) existing building structures (One Story Maintenance Metal Building, One Story CBS Building, and fuel storage building); and all site improvements including sufficient secured parking, access roads, drainage, utility infrastructure, etc. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE VILLAGE OF PALM SPRINGS STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The Village reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all submissions, in whole or in part, to waive all nonmaterial irregularities and/or technicalities, and to award, the contract on such terms it deems will best serve the interests of the Village consistent with the RFP.
