The Scope and Objectives of the HVAC Work of this Project include, but not limited to: 1) Selected removals of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, insulation , valves, coils, controls and accessories. 2) HVAC Equipment including Air Handling Units, Classroom Unit Ventilators, Fan Coil Units, Destratification Fans, Gravity Roof Ventilators, Hydronic Pumps and Exhaust Fans; 3) Ductwork; 4) Piping; 5) Ductwork and piping insulation; 6) Testing, adjusting and balancing; 7) Automatic Temperature controls; 8) Owner training; 9) Preparation of coordination drawings; 10) Preparation of as-built drawings in AutoCad format; 11) Periodic inspection of completed work to confirm compliance with Bid Documents; b. The Scope and Objectives of the Electrical Work of this Project include, but not limited to: 1) New branch circuit panelboards, branch circuit breakers and wiring for the new HVAC equipment. 2) Modification of the existing fire alarm system as shown on the drawings; 3) Preparation of coordination drawings; 4) Preparation of as-built drawings in AutoCad format; 5) Periodic inspection of completed work to confirm compliance with Bid Documents. c. Renovation work related to the HVAC Work incudes: 1) Sitework, site restoration, repairs to bituminous paving, sitework concrete; 2) Roofing repair work, miscellaneous structural steel, metal roof decking, roof accessories; 3) Joint sealer assemblies.
