MILFORD BROOK ES: 20 GLOBAR TERRACE BOTH IN MANALAPAN, NJ 07726 The work consists of Roof Replacement at Lafayette Mills Elementary School and Milford Brook Elementary Schools, including all incidental work. Bids are for a Single Overall Contract and require specific DPMC classifications (C068 with C032 & C047 or C009 with C032, C047 & C068). Bid Documents are available online from the Architect. Bidders must submit proposals in duplicate (one original and one copy) in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name and address, contract title, and/or bid number. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount (up to $20,000). If the bid exceeds $20,000, bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) in the required classifications. Each proposal must also include a Consent of Surety for Performance and Payment Bonds (each for 100% of the contract sum) and a Maintenance Bond. Bidders and subcontractors must comply with all applicable state statutes, regulations, and registration requirements, and provide a Business Registration Certificate before contract award. No bidder who is debarred, suspended, or disqualified at the federal or state level is eligible. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive minor informalities.
