Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Barrington Passage, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Western Regional Enterprise Network (Western REN) is requesting pricing to complete 3 washroom locations and associated site improvements. Please note each site (Site 1 - Barrington Passage, Site 2 - Clare (Saulnierville Station) and Site 3 - Smith Cove) are separate Tenders each with 3 separate breakout prices. To prepare each site location earth works, concrete foundations (SOG) and supply and install washroom structures. Bidders can bid on all sites or individual sites if they choose.
