A pre bid conference will be held jointly with pre bid conference for the 13th Street West Pump Station Improvements, Contract 3 2025. Following the conclusion of the pre bid conferences, OWNER and ENGINEER will facilitate a site visit to the Project site. Refer to Section 00 21 13-Instructions to Bidders, Paragraph 5.04, for additional site visit information. The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of the existing 4th Street Pump Station facility including demolition of existing pump station above grade components, internal dry well components, pumping equipment and appurtenances, and electrical control and instrumentation components; modifications to convert the existing dry well substructure to a submersible wet well; installation of new pumping equipment and appurtenances, electrical control and instrumentation components; new control building; standby generator; installation of a combined sewer regulator structure and sewer improvements; and completion of site improvements and restoration. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest qualified, responsive, and responsible Bidder. All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor's license in conformance with West Virginia Code Section 30 42 12. SRF NO.
