Site work for a water / sewer project in Ashland City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project involves the supply and installation of two new 4-ton rooftop HVAC units (RTU-1 and RTU-2) for the Lock Building at Cheatham Lock in Ashland City, Tennessee. Additionally, there are two optional components: Option 1 includes replacing a 4-ton split system at the Lock Building, and Option 2 includes replacing a 7.5-ton split system at the Cheatham Dam Powerhouse in Charlotte, Tennessee. The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price supply agreement set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS Code 333415. The contractor must meet or exceed technical specifications and delivery schedules, with completion required within 120 calendar days from the award date. A pre-quote site visit is scheduled, and coordination with designated points of contact is required for all deliveries.
