The work described in these Specifications is for the rehabilitation, maintenance, and new well construction for the Village of Wellington (OWNER) Surficial Aquifer System wellfield, located in Wellington, Florida. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid and must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.
