Renovation of a water / sewer project in Union, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of November 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project generally consists of the following upgrade and improvements: 1. Demolition of the existing chlorine gas system. 2. Installation of temporary chlorine gas system. 3. New PAA chemical storage and feed system. 4. New chemical piping. 5. Demolition/improvements to the existing chlorine and de-chlorination buildings and structures. 6. New electrical and interior lighting. 7. Installation of new walls and cladding for the PAA storage area. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Each request for such interpretation should be in writing, addressed to KCI Technologies, Inc., 106 Clair Drive, Piedmont, South Carolina 29673. To be given consideration, the request must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
