Track and tennis court resurfacing. The Union County School District seeks qualified contractors to provide resurfacing services for running track and tennis courts. Work includes surface cleaning, crack repair, patching, resurfacing, and line striping per NFHS and USTA standards. Detailed technical specifications, materials, warranties, and performance requirements are provided later in this RFP. Question Deadline 12/15/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions must be received. Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing via electronic communication (e-mail) only. All Questions will be answered via an Addendum, which will posted on the District's online .k12.sc.us on December 17, 2025 @ 5:00 PM. Label any communication regarding your questions with the name of the solicitation's title and number. Oral explanations or instructions will not be binding. Final addendum issued: December 17, 2025 @ 5:00 pm. Final award will be dependent on UCSD School Board approval and will be initiated with an initial Purchase Order after the bidder's right to protest time frame has been exceeded. By submitting a bid or proposal, You agree to be bound by the terms of the Solicitation. You agree to hold Your Offer open for a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Opening Date. Instructions regarding Offeror's name: Any award issued will be issued to, and the contract will be formed with, the entity identified as the offeror above. An offer may be submitted by only one legal entity. The entity named as the offeror must be a single and distinct legal entity. Do not use the name of a branch office or a division of a larger entity if the branch or division is not a separate legal entity, i.e., a separate corporation, sole proprietorship, etc. Licensing and Certification - Be properly licensed to perform work in the State of South Carolina under applicable statutes and regulations. Provide a valid South Carolina Contractor's License Number and classification appropriate to the work. Provide evidence of manufacturer certification or approved installer status for the specific surfacing system(s) proposed. Insurance - Maintain insurance coverage meeting or exceeding UCSD requirements, including general liability, workers' compensation, and automobile liability coverage. Provide certificates of insurance naming the Union County School District as additional insured prior to award. Financial Stability - Provide documentation demonstrating financial capability to perform the project, such as a current financial statement, bonding letter, or bank reference. Be capable of furnishing a Payment and Performance Bond for 100% of the contract amount, if required. Financial statements for the last two fiscal years may be requested to determine responsibility. The Dun and Bradstreet Qualifier Report may also be requested for the last three years. The District's rights to terminate the contract during the contract period will be governed by Item 16 of the Terms and Conditions. All purchases are subject to the Union County School's Procurement Code and can be viewed at the Procurement Office upon request. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any guidelines set forth if deemed to be beneficial to the District.
