The University of South Carolina is soliciting bids per S.C. Code from a qualified contractor to replace the existing roof system and plywood deck with new plywood roof system and make structural repairs to the existing wood framing for the USC Union Student Services Building. Replace existing roof system and plywood deck with new plywood roof system (60-Mil PVC membrane, 1/2" gypsum cover board, 3.5" polysio insulation, 5/8 gypsum underlayment), make structural repairs to the existing wood framing for USC Union Student Services Building, Bids shall be submitted in accordance with Hand-Delivery or Mail Service only.
