Gist Cemetery Repairs-Rose Hill State Park The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism (SCPRT) is seeking bids from vendors capable of carrying out repairs to the historic Gist Cemetery at Rose Hill Plantation State Historic Site. The cemetery was damaged by falling trees during Hurricane Helene in 2024. The base bid includes repairs to a collapsed section of brick wall and will involve salvaging historic brick from collapsed south wall section, installing a new concrete footer, stabilizing the adjacent wall, and relaying a section of masonry wall approximately 13' long by 5' tall. The base bid also includes repairs to three historic tombstones. Finally, bid option A includes relaying 4 courses of historic brick masonry on the west cemetery wall. Contractor shall supply labor and all materials other than those mentioned as supplied by the owner in these specifications. Question Deadline 06/26/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Questions must be received. Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing. Label any communication regarding your questions with the name of the procurement officer, and the solicitation's title and number.
