The work includes the construction of a new amphitheater, restroom facility, associated sidewalks, landscaping, and all other associated activities as detailed in the construction plans. Bids are requested for the Downtown Revitalization – Graham Amphitheater contract. Bidding Documents can be found at https://scbo.sc.gov/online-edition. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder even if documents are obtained elsewhere. The designated website will provide official notifications, addenda, lists of plan holders, reports, and other relevant information. Project has been cancelled, due to project costs came in higher than anticipated. Project will be retendered approximately May 29/2026.
