The estimated quantities on the Bid Schedule are inserted only for the purpose of determining the lowest responsible bidder. \ LEGAL PROVISIONS: The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 61.54, 62.15, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. \ A portion of this project is being funded by WDNRs Emerging Contaminants-Small or Disadvantage Communities (EC-SDC) Grant Program. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified check, or cashiers check made payable to the Village of Hales Corners in an amount of five (5) percent of the Bidders maximum Bid price. The Bidder whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract Price. The Village of Hales Corners has the right to reject or accept any and/or all bids received, to waive any minor defects or irregularities that may be found in the bids, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Village.
